Who we are

This website is operated by Zhaoyuxi Yang (Robin Yang), sole trader, trading as Vantage Tax Solutions SYD (ABN 28 267 147 390). We are a Registered Tax Agent (No. 26356518).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, entity type, the areas of assistance you select and any message content. Server logs may also record IP address, user agent and access times for security purposes.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange an initial discussion. If you become a client, further handling of your personal information is governed by our engagement documentation and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Disclosure

We do not sell or trade personal information. Personal information may be disclosed to the Australian Taxation Office or other regulators where required by law, or to service providers who assist us in operating the practice (for example email delivery), in each case only to the extent necessary.

Retention

Enquiry submissions are retained for a reasonable period to allow us to follow up, and thereafter deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at RobinYang@Vantagesyd.com.au. If you believe we have breached the APPs you may make a complaint to us in the first instance; complaints may also be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
